1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Spendpedia mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Spendpedia is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

Track and categorize personal expenses
Set and monitor budgets
Generate financial reports and analytics
Sync data across multiple devices (Premium feature)
Export financial data in various formats

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code

6. Subscription and Payment

Spendpedia offers both free and premium subscription plans:

Free Plan: Basic expense tracking features with advertisements
Pro Plan: Advanced features including cloud sync, no ads, and priority support
Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access to all features

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spendpedia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDPEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
